Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

1. Email info@wkeyup.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

2. If approved, send the item back to:

We will cover return shipping for confirmed defects and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items without confirmed defects do not qualify for a refund.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are final sale. Production takes 3–5 weeks. You’ll receive updates throughout the process until your order ships.
