Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Pre-Orders
WKEY occasionally offers exclusive pre-order items—these are products not yet manufactured, made available for early purchase in limited quantities.

Mixing Pre-Order & Ready-to-Ship Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Refunds & Cancellations for Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable.

No cancellations or changes can be made once a pre-order is placed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to additional duties or customs fees. These are not included in the shipping rate and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we do our best to stick to our timelines, unexpected production or logistics delays can occur. If delays happen, we’ll notify you via email and keep you updated every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to us at support@wkeyapparel.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and find a solution as quickly as possible.
